Book Talk with Author Tammi Truax
New England author Tammi Truax tells the never-before-told story of the first two elephants to come to America in 1795 on board a ship from Salem, Massachusetts and the enslaved boy named William who finds himself tasked with caring for them. Books will be available for purchase and signing.This event is free and open to the public.
