We Have a "Super" Summer Planned for You!


Superheroes are invading the library this summer!  Think Batman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, and Ninja Turtles. And don't forget our communtiy heroes: Firefighters, Police, Soldiers, K-9 dogs and animal rescuers.

We hope you are prepared for another super summer of fabulous reading, activities, performances and prizes.  Sign-up begins this week for all 4 of our summer reading clubs and runs right through the last day.  It's never too late to join in!

Every Hero Has a Story 
for Kids age 0 thr 2
June 30 - August 7 

Designed for our youngest "readers" and their parents or caregivers, this easy program has lots of fun little activities to enjoy on your own, plus Baby and Toddler Tales on Friday mornings.
Every Hero Has a Story 
for Kids age 3 thru 5th grade
June 30 - August 7 

For the Preschool and Elementary School crowd, we have more of what you love: reading, crafts, contests, games, performers, science, animals and ice cream.  Help your kids beat the "summer slide," by encouraging them to read this summer.
Escape the Ordinary 
for Tweens and Teens in grades 6 thru 12
June 30 - August 7

Our discerning Tweens and Teens can fill their calendars with lots of Superhero fun including movies, munchies, reading for enjoyment, crafts-to-go and a Superhero Cos-Play photo shoot! Beat summer boredom at the library this summer.
Escape the Ordinary 
for Adults
June 16 - August 21

Whether you're a parent of young children, on summer break from college or paying a mortgage, you should spare a bit of time for the library.  This summer we have a number of opportunities for you to get involved through pleasure reading or learning, music on the lawn, quick fun activities, and presentations by interesting people.  Don't be left out!
