Just Wondering on Wednesday...
What do you do when you're reading and come across a word or phrase you've never heard before? Do you jot it down to look up later, stop and look it up then, or just continue reading and forget about it?Share your answer with your fellow bibliophiles by clicking on "comments" below.

I reread that page of the book to try and discern the meaning of the word/phrase. If that doesn't help, I would use a dictionary or online search.

If I don't get the gist of the meaning from the context, I make a mental note to look it up later. Unfortunately, my mental notes seem to self-destruct before I'm able to act on them...
I think that I will look it up, but end up not wanting to be bothered, so I keep on reading. If I get up to find a dictionary, I will end up putting in a load of laundry or something and well...there goes my reading time. Then I still don't know the word AND I didn't get to read.
