There's a Cold Weather Contest in the Forecast
That's right, we're predicting some Cold Weather Writing the week of July 29th - August 1st! To earn 4 points, kids age 3-11 should think about their favorite winter activity, then create an adventure about it. Write the story (handwritten or typed) on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, and don't forget to put a "cool" title at the top.Entries are due at the library by 6 p.m. on August 1st. Stories will be judged in three categories ( 3-5 yrs, 6-8 yrs, & 9-11 yrs) based on imagination and neatness.
