Mr. Phil Returns on July 26th
Balloon twisting artist Mr. Phil will be back at the library on Thursday, July 26th at 6:30 p.m. for this Family Event. Young and old are invited to join Mr. Phil on the library lawn and learn to twist balloons into a variety of shapes. A blanket to sit on is a must. (Believe it or not, blades of newly mown grass can pop a balloon.) Be advised, children under 6 will need the help of a grown-up. Come a novice, go home a balloonologist.
