Library Survivor

Ooga chucka, ooga chucka, ooga ooga ooga chucka... I can hear the beat of the drums, and the natives chanting. They are calling to boys and girls, ages 9-11, who think they have what it takes to survive. Ooga chucka, ooga chucka, ooga ooga ooga chucka. They want to see who has the survival skills to be the True Library Survivors.

Tribal teams will be asked to use their skills to find the materials they need to collect in order to survive. First they will discover where they need to go; then they will have to do whatever is required of them when they get there... To survive, the tribal teams will work together to complete a total of 10 tasks, and points will be awarded based on their accomplishments. Total points will be tallied at the end of the event to determine who are the True Library Survivors!

For those who dare, Library Survivor will take place on Wednesday, August 17th, from 1:00-2:30. Registration is required, and may be done in person, or by email. If necessary, an additional session will be scheduled to accommodate demand. Ooga chucka, ooga chucka, ooga ooga ooga chucka... Are they calling you?
