REMOTE MEETING NOTICE
AARON CUTLER MEMORIAL LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MONDAY, MAY 11, 2020 AT 7:00pm
In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Library Board of Trustees will conduct a remote meeting pursuant to Governor Sununu's Emergency Order #12 related to public meetings. The Library will be closed to the public and 2 people will be physically present. The public can listen to the meeting or provide public testimony during the public comment session. Public testimony can also be submitted by:
- Calling the library at 603- 424-4044 no later than 5:00PM and leave a message on the answering machine with a call-back phone number, or
- Emailing the library no later than 5:00PM at acml_director@comcast.net
