STEM Fun with Gears! Gears! Gears!
Gears! Gears! Gears! are available for exploration at the desk for kids in grades 1-6. Colorful gears, connectors and interlocking bases, provide endless possibilities for producing structures or forms. An activity guide helps with a few starter designs before venturing into the world of creativity.

Tuesday
Preschool Story Time @ 10:30AM
Join Miss Carrie-Anne in the Young Readers' Room for stories, songs and fun!

High School Drop-In Role Playing Game Night from 6:00PM-8:00PM
Led by volunteer Connor Robinson, this drop-in fantasy/sci-fi role-play game group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.  Drop-in and check it out!

Wednesday
Preschool Story Time @ 12:30PM
Join Miss Carrie-Anne in the Young Readers' Room for stories, songs and fun!

Thursday
LEGO Club @ 6:00
Kids in grades 1-6 build theme-based LEGO creations that are put on display.

Friday
Infant Story Time @ 10:30AM
Book Babies is a lap-sit program for infants (newborn-18 months) and their caregivers.  This 20-minute program includes simple board books, rhymes and songs.

Toddler Story Time @ 11:30AM
Tiny Tales is a lap-sit program for toddlers (18-35 months) and their caregivers, bridging Book Babies and Preschool Story Time. This program includes simple stories, rhymes, songs, and interactive fun.

The Stories of Women War Workers, 1941-1945 Lecture @ 1:00PM
From the suffragette movement to women war workers on the homefront, and finally to military ranks opening up to women soldiers.  A look at Hollywood and commercial advertisitn targeting women during World War II.
