Toddler Activity Sheet, all week
Read a story about community heroes with your child.  Sing "Itsy Bitsy Spider" with finger actions.  Choose from the many activities on the Toddler sheet, then join us for Baby & Toddler Tales on Friday morning at 10:30 or Family Story Time on Tuesday morning at 10:30.

Kid's "Super Villain Contest," all week
Create a villain and their "WANTED" poster.  Entries due by 6:00PM on Friday, July 31st.  Find full directions in your activity brochure.  Earn 4 points.

Tween & Teen "Marvel Bottle Cap Magnets" Craft-to-Go, all week
Stop by the library and make a set of bottle cap magnets featuring Marvel superheroes. Earn 1 activity raffle ticket.

Tween & Teen Teen Scavenger Hunt, all week
Follow the clues to the prize and earn 1 activity raffle ticket.

Adults: Be a Community Superhero, all week
Drop of a donation at the library for the Litchfield Food Pantry or the Bedford Animal Rescue League, now through August 21st. Find out what to donate:  Litchfield Food Pantry Wish List Bedford Animal Rescue League Wish List.  Earn 1 raffle ticket per donation site.

Adult "Shelfies," all week
Take a photo of yourself in front of your bookshelf at home, or use one of ours, then drop off a copy or email it to us. Earn 1 raffle ticket.

Adult Mini Book Reviews, all week
Fill out the provided mini review, emphasis on "mini," form and drop it off at the Circulation Desk, then check out what others have written.  Earn 1 raffle ticket.

Tuesday

Family Story Time at McQuesten Farm Stand on Tuesday @ 10:30AM
Join Miss Carrie-Anne and the animals at McQuesten Farm Stand for stories, songs and fun!  (Weather permitting.)

History Book Discussion Group on Tuesday @ 10:30AM
History Buffs discuss Confederates in the Attic by Tony Horwitz.

Fantasy/Sci-Fi Role Playing Game Group 1 on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00PM
This multi-age group meets every other week. For more information, call Kerri at 424-4044.

Wednesday

Kid's "The Rescuers: Part 2" on Wednesday @ 1:00PM
Meet local heroes from the Bedford Animal Rescue League and donate toys and blankets previously made at the library. Animals may or may not be present.

Thursday

Kid's Tabletop Game Night from 6:00PM-8:00PM
Children age 8-13 may be dropped off** or parents and siblings may stay and play.
(**Children age 10 or under must be accompanied by a caregiver aged 14 or older.)

Friday

Baby & Toddler Tales on Friday @ 10:30AM
Babies and toddlers under 36 months, along with their caregivers enjoy stories, songs and nursery rhymes on the lawn.  Be sure to bring a blanket! (Weather permitting)

Tween & Teen Iron Man Movie & T-Shirts on Friday Beginning @ 1:00PM
Watch Iron Man, and create a glow-in-the-dark T-shirt.  Earn 1 activity ticket.

Other

Activity Pass of the Month: Squam Lakes Natural Science Center
Located in Holderness, New Hampshire. Purchased up to 2 Trail admission tickets for $3.00 each and up to 4 additional admissions for $10.00 each. (This represents a discount of up to $14 per ticket.) Children 2 years old and under are free. Trail admission covers the live animal trail and all hiking trails.
