Is Stress Making Your Pants Tight? was Informative

A group of patrons gathered at the library last night to hear what Melissa Koerner, a women's fitness and nutrition coach, had to say about stress and your weight.  She discussed 6 types of stress, good/bad stressors, and their effect on your body.  She then provided 5 tips on managing stressors. 

1.  Drink Water
2.  Eat Real Food
3.  Eat Right for Your Metabolic Type
4.  Move Your Body
5.  Get Enough Rest

Melissa fleshed each point out, giving participants good ideas to take home and try.
