Looking for something to do during February's school vacation? Why not try the SEE!  The Friends of the Library provide 3 activity passes, each of which admits 2 adults and 2 children free.  This is a savings of $6 per person.

In addition to the SEE Science Center's two floors of hands-on science fun, including touch and try exhibits on light, electricity, forces, momentum, sound & much more, SEE is also the home of the LEGO Millyard Project, a representation of Amoskeag Millyard built with about three million LEGO bricks!

The SEE is kicking off their 25th Anniversary year this coming week:
Coloring sheets will be available at SEE, or get a head start by printing one here. The winners will be notified on Monday February 28th and will receive a 6 month family membership and a $5 gift certificate to the gift shop.
A new book about the creation of the LEGO® Millyard Project is now available for $7.00. The book gives insight into the process of creating the largest permanent installation of LEGO® bricks in the world. The history of the Amoskeag manufacturing company which is represented by the project is also introduced. The book is filled with color photos of the project.

Also new in the SEE gift shop are SEE baseball caps made with recycled plastic bottles priced at $10."  (from SEE eNews)
