Make a Splash--READ!(age 3 - 5th grade)
Down By the Bay Contest
Write a story based on the picture provided in the Activity Booklet. Entries are due Friday by 6:00 p.m. Earn 4 points.
The Toe Jam Puppet Band on Tuesday
Bring the family for a hilarious interactive variety show on the library lawn at 6:30 p.m. (Rain location: Litchfield Middle School cafeteria)
Kid's Club on Tuesday
Something "fishy" will be happening on the library porch at 10:30 a.m. for kids ages 6-8. Space in this craft program is limited, so registration is required. Call for availablity.
Story Time Splash on Wednesday
Grab the kids and a blanket meet Miss Carrie-Anne on the library lawn at 10:30 a.m. (Weather permitting.)
Book Bunch on Wednesday
Children age 9-11 will discuss Rules by Cynthia Lord and do a short activity at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Creative Crew on Thursday
Kids age 9-11 will bead a clip-on frog buddy on the library porch at 10:30 a.m. Registration is required, so call for availability.
Kiddie Crafters of Friday
Children age 3-5 will create paperbag whales, complete with spouting water, on the library porch at 10:30 a.m. Space is limited, so registration is required. Call for availablity.

Minute to Win It on Thursday
Play intriguing games that involve candy, cookies, and even Ho Ho’s! The games begin at 11:30 a.m. Bring a friend to double the fun.
Bottlenose Dolphin Word Hunt
How many words can you make using the letters in "bottlenose dolphin"? Find out and earn 1 raffle ticket. All week.
Ocean Commotion Contest
Create a delicious undersea work of edible art using items from your kitchen/pantry. Use food items to depict an entire scene or a single object. Use a cupcake, grahm cracker, twinkee, pop tart, etc. as your canvas and get creative! Entries are due Friday by 3:00 p.m. Earn 1 raffle ticket.
